The knurled collar can be locked into one of three different positions for maximum control. Ball bearing collar has been tested to over 1,700 RPM. The 14-piece set includes: 3/8″ Drive T-Handle, 3/8″ Bit Adapter and 12 screwdriver bits. This set is backed by the Craftsman Hand Tool Full Warranty. Bits are not covered by the Craftsman warranty.
