Good crimper This is a quality tool. It crimps very well and makes sure you fully crimp whatever you are working on.I haven’t used it much for larger wires. I have found when crimping 16-14 AWG butt connectors (blue) that if the wire going in it isn’t 14awg it may not crimp down enough to hold the wire well – or at all. At that point just put the connector in the red 22-18 spot and it will crimp it fully without damaging the connector’s jacket.I like being able to just lock onto a…
awsome tool works way better then the standard stripper crimpers always had too crimp with vice gripsafter using them so they would not come apart these crimpers pinch them tight like the gripswithout all the damage too the insulator
Excellent Product at an Excellent price! I purchased this tool because up until purchasing this, I had a cheap set of crimpers used at autozone. These are excellent. When used properly, and with decent terminals wires will be permanently locked into the terminals and will not slip out or loose electrical connectivity. This tool very simply does precisely what it was designed to do, and does it well.
