Product OK, Company Deceitful…. Product is easy to use but their tech support is bunch of “dorks”. First I purchased an Actron CP-9580 that claimed to cover ABS on 1996 and newer US made cars, when I called tech support they said ” Oh, that model does not support all, only some, vehicles”. OK, so what do they recommend will support my vehicles? They say the OTC-3111 will cover my specified vehicles, and they say that’s the only difference between the CP-9580 and the OTC-3111. OTC 3111 review I did a lot of research because I did not have a lot of money to throw into a scanner. I have 3 different cars (2004 Town & Country, 2005 300, 2002 Astro). Works great on all of them. I learned while researching these tools that you should check the supported cars list BEFORE you buy a scanner so I did and was happy with that.
