This Craftsman professional locking pliers set contains three pliers that are made of treated alloy steel for improved endurance, and feature a wide adjusting jaw opening and a wire cutter. The pliers are also designed with a patented release mechanism that eliminates the need for a guarded trigger, and soft grip handles for working more comfortably. This set includes 10-Inch straight, 7-Inch curved jaw and 6-Inch long nose pliers. The easy release pliers lock with one hand and release with a push of the handle.

NOT MADE IN U.S.A. Although the product description clearly states that these are “Made in the USA”, they are not. I got mine and they are clearly stamped “CHINA” on the side. Apparently Amazon either overlooked this critical detail or they just don’t appreciate American craftsmanship. I wish I had know this before I ordered them. At least now you can make an informed decision.
Craftsman, made in China. These pliers are OK. They do the job well, but personally I like vise grips with the release handel on the handel better than the twist knob in these. That being said, they feel pretty solid. I had one of the metal pieces against the spring slip out of place already, but it slipped back in with ease. Again, would be 4 or 5 stars if made in USA like it should be!
