• The OTC 3109N Trilingual OBD II/EOBD and CAN scan tool provides scan tool features at a code reader price. It has AutoID technology inside which automatically selects the vehicle so you don’t have to on most 2000 and newer vehicles. The 3109N graphs live data, reads and displays live sensor data, MIL status, I/M monitors, pending and permanent DTCs, freeze frame data, VIN number, CVN and CAL ID, O2 monitor test, diagnostic monitor test and on board systems. It displays OBD II generic and enhanced codes, state OBD check and OBD II drive cycle mode . The 3109N is also EOBD compatible (European On Board Diagnostics) which is the European equivalent of the American OBD II standard, which applies to petrol cars sold in Europe from 2001 and diesel cars 2004 and newer and meets new 2010+ requirements (15 monitors, HD, Diesel, Hybrid Coverage)
