looks nice, but not a real Snap On In short, this stool looks nice, and is comfortable enough, but I doubt it’s got long lasting potential. The steel is of poor quality, with poor chroming, and the fit and finish leaves a lot to be desired. Considering the cheap price, it’s ok, but to call this a Snap On is a stretch since it’s a)Made in China and b)not very high quality.3 stars is fair.
Don’t be fooled The great American tool company Snap-On has sold out to cheap China junk on this one. If the chrome was any better it would be rust and I am sure the mystery material used for the seat will not make it very long especially if uv’s get to it. I admit I was suckered by the American logo and had foolish hopes it would be of a high quality just like Snap-On tools but… It also seems that they have invented a whole new size for the fasteners, not metric and not standard maybe Snap-On wants to…
