Snap-on Goes to China/Taiwan Once upon a time Snap-On was an outstanding manufacturer. Those days are apparently gone. This utility knife is a basic run-of-the-mill utility knife. It is neither exceptional nor does it have major faults. It is just an average and somewhat ugly and clumsy utility knife.
