Autel, as one of the world’s leading manufacturers in the automotive aftermarket, dedicates itself to developing professional diagnostic tools and translating global clients’ needs into superior cost-effective and innovative products with strong R&D and production capabilities. The MaxiTPMS TS601 is a new generation TPMS diagnostic & service tool specially designed to activate all known OEM/Universal TPMS sensors, and provide users with direct access to the vehicle’s ECU through OBDII connection, thus allowing users to reprogram sensor IDs, retrieve/clear TPMS DTCs, read live data and perform special functions, helping technicians to quickly find out faulty TPMS and turn off MILs. Features: 1. TS601– The upgraded version of TS501 MaxiTPMS TS601 is a TPMS tool plus obd2 scan tool . Compared with the typical TPMS tool TS501, the TS601 offers more capabilities to solve automotive issues comprehensively and professionally. The add-on functions are: OBD/EOBD diagnostics: the scan tool supports full 10 test modes of OBD2 functions that allow you to carry out a quick test on the engine system of OBDII-compliant vehicles, and the included Live Data function is especially useful for observing and analyzing the dynamics of data changes and solving complex issues. Special service function: For GM, Ford, Chrysler users, if the hub is needed to be upgraded or modified, you can use this tool to determine the specific tire specifications that can be retrofitted and then rewrite the tire pressure reference. 2. TPMS Functions: A tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is an electronic system designed to monitor the air pressure inside the pneumatic tires on various types of vehicles. TPMS report real-time tire-pressure information to the driver of the vehicle, either via a gauge, a pictogram display, or a simple low-pressure warning light. Autel TS601 provides TPMS functions for specific needs as follows: TPMS Sensor Check: The sensor check function allows users to activate TPMS sensor to view sensor data such as sensor ID, tire pressure, tire temperature, battery condition, sensor position and OE part number. TPMS Relearn: This function, enables users to do TPMS diagnostics, such as reading/writing sensor IDs on vehicle ECU, reading/ clearing codes of TPMS system, reading TPMS live data, retrieving TPMS ECU information, and performing actuation tests and special functions, and to save data for later reviews and printing. TPMS Sensor Programming: Allows users to program the sensor data to the MX-Sensor and replace the faulty sensor with low battery life or one that is not functioning. 3. OBDII Diagnostics: Autel TS601 offers OBDII Diagnostic functions as a fast-access option that allows you to carry out a quick test on the engine system of OBDII-compliant vehicles: Read Codes: Show the detailed description of the current Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC); Retrieve generic (P0, P2, P3, and U0), manufacturer specific (P1, P3, and U1) codes and pending codes. Erase Codes: Turns off Check Engine Light (MIL), clears codes and resets monitors. Live Data: Show the information of a continuous data stream from a vehicle in live graphic (waveform) display. Freeze Frame: Check the certain vehicle conditions which are recorded by the on-board computer at the time the emission-related fault occurs. Retrieving I/M Readiness Status: Shows whether the various emissions-related systems on the vehicle are operating properly and are ready for inspection and maintenance testing. O2 Monitor Test: Allows retrieval and viewing of O2 sensor monitor test results for the most recently performed tests from the vehicle’s on-board computer. On-Board Monitor Test: Retrieves and displays test results for emission-related powertrain components and systems. Component Test: Allows initiating a leak test for the vehicle’s EVAP system. Viewing Vehicle Information: Display the information such as VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), CID (Calibration ID) and CVN (Calibration verification number), etc. Modules Present: Allows viewing of the module IDs and communication protocols for OBD2 modules in the vehicle. 4. User-friendly Design: Built-in battery makes the device thinner and more portable. The firm material makes it durable. Intuitive navigation and step-by-step on-screen instructions simplify the operating process. 5. Audit report: After the user finished the TPMS test, the tool is capable of presenting all of its stored TPMS data in a HTML file when connected to a PC via an USB cable. 6. Review data: Allows user to view and print out saved data of the latest TPMS diagnostic recordings and all diagnostic data retrieved from the ECUs of the OBD II-compliant vehicles by the service tool. 7. Print data: Allows printing out data retrieved by the service tool by connecting the scan tool to a PC or laptop with the USB cable supplied. 8. Software update: TS601 features free lifetime update at official site with multilingual support. Users could either choose to update the TPMS tool via USB connection or SD card. 9. Register the tool: User could update the scan tool ONLY after you had registered the tool on our official website. Then you could download software, update online, retrieve information and get service. 10. Add-on features: Strong housing with protective rubber boot.
