The CReader VI is vehicle fault diagnosis tool in Launch’s line of handheld diagnositc tools aimed at DIY enthusiasts. Small, compact and effective, the CReader 6 combines a new ergonomic design with other functions to make it the most user-friendly model yet.

Product Features

  • Launch CReader VI 2018 is a car code reader for all drivers. It is applicable to all OBD2/EOBD-based vehicles manufactured in 1996 (or later), and complies with all OBD2 protocols: KWP2000, ISO9141, J1850 VPW, J1850 PWM, and CAN (Controller Area Network).
  • Promptly Reads and erases DTC (engine fault codes) and accesses emissions readiness status. The on-screen DTC definitions and built-in DTC library allow you to correctly find out the cause of the check engine light and turn off the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp).
  • Live vehicle sensor data displayed in text and graph helps you focus on suspicious or symptom-specific data parameters and notifies if the emission-related systems are operating properly or ready for inspection.
  • Supports all OBD2 functions: retrieve generic manufacturer specific codes and pending codes, O2 Sensor test, EVAP system test, live data stream, and view freeze frame data.
  • 2.8-inch color display supports multiple languages. 1-foot flexible connector. Plug and use, no battery needed. One-year product warranty and lifetime free software upgrades.
